What is Famasi?
Famasi is a medication management service provider. We pay particular attention to clients with chronic health conditions and make sure they never run out of their medications. We also deliver a broad range of medications, vitamins, and over-the-counter medications (OTC). Our medications are sourced from wholesalers who are registered with the Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria and authorized to supply safe and verified medicines.
How does it work?
If you're ordering a Wellness plan, you can either create an account or checkout as 'guest' after placing your order. Creating an account automates your refills and you get free deliveries everything you refill. A Care Specialist from the Famasi team will reach out to personalise you box. But you can't checkout as a guest if you're interested in a Special plan, so you need an account to order successfully. This is because Special plans require a deeper level of personalisation. A Care Specialist from the Famasi team will reach out to verify your plan and discuss everything you need to know. E.g:For people with chronic conditions we require to speak with your physician as health management is a joint effort of all stakeholders and Famasi works with everyone necessary to get you the good healthcare you deserve.
Is Famasi more expensive than retail pharmacies?
No, we're not. One of our goals is to make your medicines available at affordable rates. Because we're an online service, we don't have heavy overhead costs and can afford to charge you low rates for our services.
How are my medications delivered?
Based on your preference and the type of medications you take, we sort your daily medications into packets by time of the day. The packets are easy to open and are printed with instructions on how you should take the medications. Your medications can be delivered in bottles or their initial blister packs. And we can also get you gummies where available if that's your choice.
How often will my medications be delivered?
We fill prescription on a 30-day cycle. This is because we understand medications, strengths and doses may change. Filling monthly allows us to quickly accommodate any adjustments to your next order. That way, you don't have to throw out medications anytime there's a change.
